SUBMISSION TERMS:  

In becoming a member of My Community Connect via this website (Website), I acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Details of any event I submit (Event) to this Website may be publicised by Southern Cross Australia Pty Ltd (together with its subsidiaries, SCA), including via the on-line calendars on this Website, via advertisements broadcast on radio stations owned by SCA in my region (Radio Stations), and via advertisements broadcast on Southern Cross Ten or Southern Cross Television in my region (Television Station);
  2. While SCA will use all reasonable endeavours to promote and publicise each Event submitted to this Website, SCA does not guarantee that details of the Event will be promoted online;
  3. SCA does not guarantee that it will promote all or any part of the Event on the Radio Stations and/or the Television Station;
  4. SCA reserves the right to broadcast details of the Event in its sole discretion, and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or omission of material broadcast about the Event on the Radio Stations or the Television Station;
  5. SCA may use my contact details for the purpose of sending me material (including via SMS or email) relating to Southern Cross Community Connect, My Community Connect and promotional material regarding current sponsors of My Community Connect and Southern Cross Community Connect; and
  6. SCA may publish and distribute information about my organisation to other members of My Community Connect.
